This is so perfect!! It makes just the right amount for a couple of dinners for two or for a dinner for four.
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar or very dry red wine
2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp very fine minced garlic (optional)
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 Tbsp olive oil
Makes 1/2 cup.
**You can easily add in dried herbs!
